A formal style does not always mean up off the neck.  When graciously done, it can be a soft, free-flowing look.  Jada Pinkett-Smith looks divine in yet another pinned back look that executes height on the top along with waves flowing down her back.  Accompanying her handsome husband, it appears that they both have found, "The Pursuit of Happyness".
